Order processing ends at 5:00PM daily and orders placed after 5:00PM will be prioritized starting at 10:00AM the next business day.

1.How long is the delivery date?

Our delivery date is 4-12 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 3-9 business days.

2.Shipping time and freight

Our warehouse is at 422 River Rd, Dover, Delaware, where your wind vane will ship from after you place your order.

Free Standard shipping on orders over $100.  

For orders under $100, you’ll pay $8 shipping fees.

3.What should I do if the shipping time is too long?

If you do not receive the wind vane for more than 12 business days, you can contact our customer service staff Columbus Liddie at email [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you, thank you.

4.Who is responsible for the sale tax and customs fees?

The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

We are well aware of the demand for wind vanes in the US market, and we want to provide superior quality products and services to our local customers, so we currently only accept US orders, and there are no customs fees.
